Custom products
Can I use my own words?
Yes. Choose “My own text” in the customizer, enter your words, then adjust the font, size and position available for that product.
Can I choose one of your quotes instead?
Yes. Browse the quote library, select a quote and customise the available layout options before confirming.
Is the preview exactly what will be printed?
The preview shows the design, wording and placement. Screen colours can vary, and production artwork is rebuilt at high resolution from the design instructions saved with your order.
Can I change a confirmed design after ordering?
Contact us immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after production has started.

Where can I find hoodie sizes?
Open the clickable size guide on the hoodie product page. The guide includes Gildan 18500 width, length and sleeve measurements.
Which print size should I choose?
Choose A5, A4 or A3 on the product page. The customizer keeps the same design proportions and we rebuild the file for the size ordered.

Will I receive tracking?
If your delivery service includes tracking, the details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised products are normally excluded from change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect items are still covered—see our Returns & Exchanges page.
