Made-to-order products need a little production time before they hit the road.
Processing and dispatch
Estimated processing and delivery information is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation where available. Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Delivery charges
Available delivery services and charges are calculated at checkout using your destination and the products in your basket.
Tracking
If your delivery service includes tracking, we will email the details after dispatch. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Changing your address
Contact us immediately if the address is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters production or has been dispatched.
Delays, loss or damage
If a parcel is late, damaged or appears lost, please contact us with your order number. Keep the packaging and take clear photos if the parcel or product arrived damaged.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local taxes, duties or handling charges. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.
